  • Will Arsenal sign Noni Maduake this summer?

    [ad_1]

Frank Sinclair is fearful that chelsea would be making a ‘crazy mistake’ if they were to sell Noni Madueke to ARSENAL this summer, amid all the speculation and rumours that talks have been held by the Gunners.

The 23-year-old recorded 16 goal contributions in 41 games in all competitions last season, but has been linked with a surprise £50million move to Arsenal.

Chelsea have been doing alot of transfer business over the past few weeks and after bringing in Joao Pedro from Brighton, the Blues are looking to free up some space in that attack, if you believe all the reports in the media.

But despite the reports, the Gunners haven’t spoken with the Blues and haven’t offered a contract to Madueke, and he reality is that Arsenal have not sent any proposal to Chelsea for Madueke as of today.

But amid all the speculation and rumours, Sinclair believes his former club would be foolish to part ways with Madueke at this point in his career: ‘I think that would be going against the grain of what Chelsea are trying to achieve,’ Sinclair told Metro via Kasinoseta.com.

‘They have been recruiting a young squad and letting them develop for four or five years and Madueke should be a big part of those plans, given how he has grown.

‘He’s got that recognition from England now as well, and that’s brought his confidence on even more.

‘Pedro Neto is obviously also on that right side, but given the competitions Chelsea are in next season, you need all these players if you are going to compete and bridge that gap at the top of the table.

‘I would be surprised if they let him go. I know Arsenal like to come in for the odd Chelsea player every now and again, but for me, that would just be crazy to let Madueke go, especially to a rival.’

  • Arsenal lining up move for Monaco star Maghnes Akliouche?

Arsenal lining up move for Monaco star Maghnes Akliouche?

    [ad_1]

Arsenal are reportedly eyeing a move for AS Monaco’s rising star Maghnes Akliouche as they look to bolster their attacking options ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.

According to L’Equipe, the Gunners have identified the 23-year-old French winger as a key target following his standout performances last season. Akliouche was a driving force for Monaco, racking up 19 goal contributions in 43 appearances across all competitions. His form also earned him a spot in France’s Olympic squad, which finished as runners-up last summer.

Having emerged through Monaco’s youth system and breaking into the first team in 2022, Akliouche has grown into a vital player for the Ligue 1 outfit. With three years remaining on his current deal, Monaco are in a strong negotiating position, but are reportedly open to selling if their £60 million valuation is met.

    Arsenal’s Attacking Plans Taking Shape

Mikel Arteta is keen to add depth and creativity on the flanks, and Akliouche’s versatility and flair make him an attractive option. Arsenal are also closing in on the signing of Sporting CP striker Viktor Gyökeres, and adding Akliouche would further strengthen their frontline.

The North London club were impressed by Akliouche’s individual display against them in last season’s UEFA Champions League group stage, despite Monaco suffering a heavy defeat. His performance left a lasting impression on Arsenal’s recruitment team.

    Advantage in Agent Connection

Both Gyökeres and Akliouche are represented by the same agent, Hasan Cetinkaya, which could give Arsenal a strategic edge in negotiations. While agreeing personal terms is not expected to be an issue, convincing Monaco to part with their prized asset will require a determined effort.

Akliouche’s potential and current form have put him on the radar of several European giants, but Arsenal appear ready to make a serious push to bring him to the Emirates Stadium this summer.

  • Arsenal in advanced talks to sign Viktor Gyokeres

    [ad_1]

ARSENAL are in advanced talks to sign Sporting Lisbon’s Viktor Gyokeres after honing in on him over RB Leipzig’s Benjamin Sesko, according to the latest reports to hit the media this week.

Now Arsenal have been linked with Victor Osimhen  and Viktor Gyokeres for a couple of seasons, but their massive wages and massive transfer fee meant that a move to the Premier League has not yet happened.

ARSENAL have been linked with adding a new striker to that attack for the last few summer windows, but this transfer window, Mikel Arteta is expected to land a forward that will send a real statement of intent to the rest of the Premier League

And according to Fabrizio Romano, Gyokeres has already told the club that he won’t be returning as he tried to force a move elsewhere.

Now – According to transfer insider Sacha Tavolieri, the Gunners feel like they are “touching the final line” when it comes to agreeing a deal for Gyokeres. While it’s also claimed they have already agreed a five-year contract with the striker himself.

The Sweden international has found himself trying to force a move away from Sporting this summer after claims that a gentleman’s agreement to leave for a cut-price fee between him and the club has not been honoured.

Club president Federico Varandas recently told O Jogo  that the big striker is likely to leave this summer, saying: “Sporting is very calm regarding Viktor Gyokeres.

‘Sporting does not need to sell him, but we remain sensitive to the dreams of Viktor and any of our athletes.

‘After weeks of meetings, we are not asking for the release clause and will be reasonable regarding the price we ask for Viktor. Today, I believe there is a strong probability he will leave. We have been watching the market and I saw [Martin] Zubimendi, who is six months younger than Viktor, leave for €65million.

‘I saw Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo, both forwards but who, in my opinion, do not have Viktor’s market value or quality, being negotiated for around €75million.

‘Given the demands we consider fair, I believe Viktor could leave – unless he has the worst agent in the world, which is hard for me to believe, because he is one of the best footballers in the world.”

  • Arsenal target Victor Osimhen wants Premier League move

    [ad_1]

There has been some fresh reports which have claimed that ARSENAL target Victor Osimhen is dreaming of a move to the Premier League after turning down a switch to Saudi Arabia.

Osimhen has been long tipped for a big money move to the Premier League or PSG, but no such transfer materialised last summer, and In the end he joined Turkish giants Galatasaray where he managed to score an impressive 37 goals last season.

Gazzetta dello Sport, via Sport Witness, claim the Nigerian international is ‘dreaming’ of a move to the Premier League, where both Arsenal and Man United are reportedly ready to make an offer.

Napoli CEO Aurelio de Laurentiis is said to want suitors to pay Osimhen’s €75 million (£63.5m) release clause, with clubs reportedly considering whether or not to make such an offer

    IcFootballnews Says…

Arsenal and Man United need to sign a top level striker this summer, they need someone like Osimhen to bang in the goals, it is an area of the pitch that needs to be improved on over the course of the transfer window.

If ARSENAL could get a deal for Osimhen over the line it would send a massive statement to the rest of the Premier League, and we would all love to see what the Nigerian star could do in the Premier League.

But his high asking price and high wages will be the biggest issue that is for sure and it will be interesting to see if he rejects a move to Saudi Arabia should a big contract offer arrive.

  • Arsenal Eye Lucien Agoumé as Uncertainty Grows Over Thomas Partey’s Future

Arsenal Eye Lucien Agoumé as Uncertainty Grows Over Thomas Partey’s Future

    [ad_1]

Arsenal are closely monitoring Sevilla midfielder Lucien Agoumé as a potential replacement for Thomas Partey, whose long-term future at the Emirates remains in doubt.

According to the Daily Mail, the Gunners have identified Agoumé as a viable option should Partey depart this summer. The 23-year-old Cameroonian has impressed in La Liga, becoming a key figure for Sevilla and catching the eye of several top clubs, including Manchester United earlier this year.

Midfield Shake-Up on the Cards at Arsenal

With Jorginho’s exit to Flamengo confirmed and Martin Zubimendi reportedly signed as his successor, Mikel Arteta is still facing a possible reshuffle in midfield. Partey, whose contract expires on June 30, has been offered a new deal by the club. However, recent reports suggest negotiations have hit a snag, and Barcelona are lurking with interest in a potential free transfer.

Arteta remains keen to keep the experienced Ghanaian, but the Gunners are planning ahead in case of a departure. That’s where Agoumé comes into the frame — a dynamic holding midfielder with a playing style reminiscent of Partey’s.

Why Agoumé Makes Sense for Arsenal

Agoumé would represent a cost-effective and strategic signing for Arsenal. At just 23, he boasts high potential and already possesses the physicality and tactical discipline Arteta demands from his midfielders. Should Sevilla entertain offers, Arsenal could make a move swiftly if Partey chooses to begin a new chapter elsewhere.

With midfield changes looming, Agoumé’s name is one to watch this summer at the Emirates.

  • Arsenal issues Julien Alvarez message

    [ad_1]

Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone has opened up and issued a transfer message over Julian Alvarez, amid reports that both Liverpool and ARSENAL are interested in a potential transfer deal.

Alvarez, 25, joined Atletico from Manchester City in an £82million deal last summer and hit the ground running. The forward netted 29 goals in all competitions after swapping the Premier League for La Liga.

Both Liverpool and Arsenal have been linked with a move for the Argentine striker, as they both look to improve their attacks ahead of the new season knowing that Manchester City have been really improving their squad,

However – Simeone has opened up and revealed that he does not want to lose the impressive striker – Simeone told La Nacion : “It’s logical, I can’t imagine any other scenario.

“Julian is 25 years old, he’s an extraordinary player, with hunger, with enthusiasm, with humility, with work, with goals, with status.

“How could everyone not want him? And Barcelona, PSG, ARSENAL, Liverpool… the best have to want him. And for us, Atletico fans, it should be a source of pride that everyone wants him. Why? Because he’s ours.

“And since he’s ours, we have to take care of him. We have to help him feel happy. How will he feel happy? By winning. And to get there, we all have to give 110 per cent. And not just for him, of course, but for everyone.”

    IcFootballnews Says…

Alvarez has gone to La Liga and really made a name for himself, he is at the perfect club for him right now, he does not need to make that move back to the Premier League.

It is easy to see why all the big clubs are interested in a potential deal, but as Simeone said, he is a Madrid player.

  • Tottenham and Arsenal Lock Horns in Race for Anthony Elanga

Tottenham and Arsenal Lock Horns in Race for Anthony Elanga

    [ad_1]

North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal are set to clash once again—this time off the pitch—as both clubs eye a sensational summer move for Nottingham Forest winger Anthony Elanga.

According to transfer insider Graeme Bailey via TBR Football, Spurs have identified Elanga as a key target to strengthen their wide options ahead of a major squad rebuild. With Ange Postecoglou’s surprising exit—despite delivering a historic Europa League title—Tottenham are now poised to appoint Brentford’s Thomas Frank and kick off a new chapter.

Elanga, 23, caught the eye last season with 17 goal contributions in 31 Premier League starts. His pace, power, and ability to play on either flank—or centrally—make him an attractive proposition. Forest, however, are reluctant to sell and are reportedly valuing the Swedish international north of £60 million, believing he’s more valuable than the likes of Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo.

Arsenal, Newcastle & Chelsea Also Circling

But Tottenham aren’t alone in this pursuit. Arsenal are also admirers, particularly as Mikel Arteta searches for a dynamic left-winger and a capable backup for Bukayo Saka. Newcastle, Chelsea, and Aston Villa are also tracking Elanga, who helped Forest secure a spot in European competition and has been a consistent performer for Sweden.

With his contract running until 2028, Forest hold a strong hand—but a summer bidding war could be on the horizon.

  • Would Kingsley Coman be good Arsenal signing

    [ad_1]

Bayern Munich winger Kingsley Coman has been offered to ARSENAL, it has been claimed in the media just days after it was claimed the French star has decided he wants to leave the Bundesliga giants, but would he be a good signing for the Gunners?

There has been alot of players linked with a move to the club – but now it seems that they may be able to sign one of their long-term targets, Coman – ad he is seemingly a player that Bayern no longer desire.

L’Equipe recently reported that after Coman and many of the club’s big earners were invited to leave Bayern, the France international has decided not to stay at the club. He is expected to leave the Bundesliga outfit before the transfer window shuts on August 30.

And Arsenal would consider bringing in another wide player as they have constantly been plagued by injuries over the past 12 months to a number of their main stars.

The French winger also has interest from Saudi Arabia as clubs swoop in to try and get a deal done.

Reporter Iomie Stanley told icfootballnews: ‘A few seasons ago Coman would have been a wonderful signing for ARSENAL – but now – he would not be.

‘It looks like he has lost that hunger and desire that made him one of the best n the world and we would not be surprised to see him leave Bayern – but not for the Gunners – possibly for a mega money move to Saudi Arabia.

‘The Premier League is a place that he would probably struggle to play his best football – he is a brilliant player – but needs space to work his magic.

‘Add that to his injury issues – he could be a risky signing that is for sure and a player that would like to be playing second fiddle to all those Gunners wingers.’

  • Tottenham Plot Move to Beat Arsenal in Wilfried Singo Chase

Tottenham Plot Move to Beat Arsenal in Wilfried Singo Chase

    [ad_1]

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly stepping up efforts to hijack Arsenal’s move for AS Monaco defender Wilfried Singo, according to Caught Offside. With fierce competition emerging across Europe, Spurs are hoping to seal a deal ahead of their North London rivals.

Spurs Eye Defensive Reinforcements After Inconsistent Season

Despite lifting the Europa League trophy last season, Tottenham endured a dismal Premier League campaign, finishing just above the relegation zone with a mere 38 points. While their attack showed promise—netting 64 goals, more than any other bottom-half side—their leaky defence was a major concern.

Injuries plagued key centre-backs Cristian Romero and Micky Van de Ven, and with Romero reportedly on the radar of top clubs this summer, Spurs are eager to reinforce at the back.

    Singo on Tottenham’s Radar

Monaco defender Wilfried Singo has now emerged as a serious target. The 24-year-old Ivorian has a £29 million price tag and is under contract until 2028. His versatility—capable of playing at right-back, centre-back, and previously as a wing-back at Torino—makes him a highly attractive option.

Standing at 6ft 3in, Singo brings pace, power, aerial dominance, and composure on the ball—traits that could see him thrive in the Premier League.

    Fierce Competition for Signature

Tottenham aren’t alone in the hunt. Arsenal, Newcastle, Atletico Madrid, and Napoli are all circling. But Spurs hope to accelerate talks in the coming days to gain the upper hand.

For Ange Postecoglou’s side, landing Singo could be a major step toward fixing their backline and building a more balanced squad for the upcoming campaign.
