North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal are set to clash once again—this time off the pitch—as both clubs eye a sensational summer move for Nottingham Forest winger Anthony Elanga.

According to transfer insider Graeme Bailey via TBR Football, Spurs have identified Elanga as a key target to strengthen their wide options ahead of a major squad rebuild. With Ange Postecoglou’s surprising exit—despite delivering a historic Europa League title—Tottenham are now poised to appoint Brentford’s Thomas Frank and kick off a new chapter.

Elanga, 23, caught the eye last season with 17 goal contributions in 31 Premier League starts. His pace, power, and ability to play on either flank—or centrally—make him an attractive proposition. Forest, however, are reluctant to sell and are reportedly valuing the Swedish international north of £60 million, believing he’s more valuable than the likes of Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo.

Arsenal, Newcastle & Chelsea Also Circling

But Tottenham aren’t alone in this pursuit. Arsenal are also admirers, particularly as Mikel Arteta searches for a dynamic left-winger and a capable backup for Bukayo Saka. Newcastle, Chelsea, and Aston Villa are also tracking Elanga, who helped Forest secure a spot in European competition and has been a consistent performer for Sweden.

With his contract running until 2028, Forest hold a strong hand—but a summer bidding war could be on the horizon.
